I get this question all the time. The simple answer, everything. Making the switch to a more natural product is the best thing anyone can do for their eczema. And maybe even some other skin issues but I can only speak from experience.
If you suffer from eczema then you know how uncomfortable and painful it is. And yes ugly. The look of eczema is not pretty at all. Not only do we want to feel good but look good to. When my skin flares up and gets bumpy and cracked, it feels aakkh. Yes that's a word aakkh. And I don't know about you but that doesn't make me feel pretty.
Since this journey my skin has cleared up and i haven't had a flare in almost 2 1/2 years. And I use ALL of my soaps. I do that on purpose, so that when you ask me "what soaps are good for eczema?" I can honestly say ALL of them. And we can all get back to or start feeling FIERCE!
Now I make no medical claims. Some people have more sensitive skin than others so it's important to know you. However all eczema warriors are not made eaqual. Can you use fragrance oil based products if you have eczema? Yes, if you aren't allergic to fragrance oils. Some people are allergic to fragrances and they don't have eczema. That's why it's important to know YOUR skin. Everyone is different. Again I'm not making any medical claims.
